The Process

Step 1: Site Research/ Suitability Assessments. Help research into location, market conditions, potential returns.

Step 2: Site Negotiation and Acquisition. Attain the best purchase outcome and settlement terms through negotiations with tenacity.

Step 3: Feasibility Assessments. The assessment of taking into account every dollar and potential return that can occur on a project with the aim of achieving the highest a best use.

Step 4: Potential Joint Venturing. We join with two or more parties together to develop a particular site. 3ppg are always looking for new Joint Venture partners to share in our success.

Step 5: Assist with Equity and Debt raising. Raising funds to complete a project with maximum efficiency. This can be a highly complex process however with the established contacts that 3ppg enjoy, we are able to attract equity and debt required to financially drive projects.

Step 6: Consultant Interviewing/ selection. Interview the multitude of consultants needed on a project from Architect to Builder. With over 30+ years in the Property Development/ Construction Industry 3ppg have many trusted Consultants we can suggest. These are selected from a panel list that is under constant review.

Step 7: Project Construction Management. 3ppg provide hands on site consultation to ensure that construction meets its financial and qualitative goals and are delivered on time.

Step 8: Project Sales Management. 3ppg manage the process of structuring accurate price lists and the sales frequency achieved. The selection of the marketing consultant with the appropriate Real Estate Agent are paramount to meeting market expectations. Sales expectations are a reflection of our competency to recognise and deliver the market's expectations.

Step 9: Project Completion. To close out all aspects of the project including defects lists, obtaining all final certificates and settlements plus orchestrating a safe transition for the end user's.
